Joseph W. McCoy, Ececutive Director of the Regional Conference Retirement Plan was honored for his pioneering contribution to the creation of the plan during a luncheon December 6, 2005 at the 26th annual Evangelism Council on the campus of Oakwood College. Oakwood is a General Conference institution located in Huntsville Alabama. Members of the Board of Directors are pictured with him.
